A celebration of the diversity and quality of regional art will be hosted by The Gallery at Penn College with its Regional Juried Exhibition 2018, set for May 29 through July 27. Showcasing 63 creative pieces by 51 artists representing 35 Pennsylvania cities and towns, the exhibition includes a reception set for Sunday, June 3, from 2 to 5 p.m.
AACA Museum highlights students' handiwork A carefully refurbished 1965 Ford Mustang, the genesis of Penn College's automotive restoration technology major, is back on display at the Antique Automobile Club of America Museum in Hershey. Pennsylvania College of Technology freshman Nathaniel Haefka won the 2018 USA Archery National Outdoor Collegiate Championship in Men's Bowhunter this past weekend in Newberry, Florida. Haefka highlighted a Penn College team that had four All-Americans and four more top-eight finishes. "Nate has been strong all year and we thought he'd shoot well down here," coach Chad Karstetter said.
