This spring, Penn College Residence Life again will participate in a national recycling competition with colleges and universities throughout the country to see who can collect the most recyclables per person. Between 20 and 35 Penn College students are showing up on a given Sunday at Good News Bible Church in Cogan Station, including four graduating seniors honored during the Dec. 7 church service.
