Chelsey L. Wayman, an accounting major from Rome, was chosen as April's Student of the Month by the Student Government Association at Pennsylvania College of Technology. For the second season in a row, Penn College baseball coach Chris Howard has been named the Penn State University Athletic Conference Coach of the Year.
