Eight Pennsylvania College of Technology students enrolled in an advanced-level cake decorating course showed off their intricate artistry Thursday, displaying with deserved pride their "
Destination Wedding" cakes. Following judging and an exhibition in the Thompson Professional Development Center, the cakes were moved to the college's Madigan Library. Participating students are Samantha-Jo M. Bradley, of Middlebury Center; Ashley E. Gentzyel, of Lock Haven; Amy E. Lynn, of Bloomsburg; Katelyn E. Paulhamus, of Montoursville; Theodore J. Persing, of South Williamsport; Taylor Potter, of Towanda; Lynnette F. Stegmaier, of Muncy Valley; and Kristina M. Williams, of South Williamsport. All are baking and pastry arts majors, except for Gentzyel (technology management) and Stegmaier (professional baking).
