He holds a master's in instructional technology from Bloomsburg University and resides in Manchester, N.H.

    Adam is chef/owner of Elwood, a 26-seat restaurant in Philadelphia that he opened on May 1, 2019. Diltz has been featured in Philadelphia-area media, including being named among 15 "Who's Next Chefs" by Billy Penn in 2017. Elwood's opening has been featured by the Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia magazine, PennLive and Eater Philadelphia. He resides in Philadelphia.

    Edward retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad, where he was a machinist with responsibilities that included "anything involving a diesel locomotive, from top to bottom, inside and out, excluding electric and car body and plumbing. Rebuilding parts and making parts from blank steel." He resides in Belsano.
