    Michael is a lead project engineer for American Axle Manufacturing. He is a second-generation Penn College graduate; his father, Gary, graduated in 1970 in machining. His nephew is a Fall 2021 freshman. He resides in Emporium.

    physician assistant

    Susanna is the chief clinical officer for High Plains Community Health Center. She manages nine medical, three dental and five behavioral health providers. She holds a Doctor of Medical Science and resides in Lamar, Colo.

    Megan is a dental hygienist for Rolling Ridge Dental Care. She resides in Boalsburg.

    John is a senior supervisor of operations for UGI Utilities. He oversees a staff of 25 responsible for maintenance of all natural gas distribution lines in Lycoming County. He resides in South Williamsport and holds an associate degree in history from Lock Haven University.

    Eric is a senior information security risk and compliance analyst for Fulton Bank. He resides in Etters.

    Todd is an athletics groundskeeper for Reading School District, preparing and maintaining safe fields for playing. He's also a certified playground inspector and maintains the schools' playgrounds. He resides in Myerstown.

    Brandon is a project manager for the New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene. He received a Master of Public Administration degree in 2013 from City University of New York. From 2015-21, he was employed as a program analyst and data systems implementation manager for the Fortune Society, New York City's largest prisoner reentry agency. He resides in Maspeth, N.Y.

    Deanna is a customer service coordinator for Corning Inc. and is on a special project for a new plant opening in Pune, India. She has served on the Elkland Borough Council since 2018 and got engaged to be married in August 2021. She resides in Elkland.

    David is senior vice president of Original Traders Energy USA, a privately owned business operating in the U.S. and Canada in oil and gas. After almost 20 years in various sales and management positions at Shell Oil, he took on the senior vice president and owner-partner position with OTE, basing his U.S. operations in his "new hometown" of East Lansing, Mich. In photo, David enjoys being father of the bride for the first of potentially four times in September 2021 at the wedding of his oldest daughter.

    Ashlyn is a member service representative for the Navy Federal Credit Union's Fraud & Digital Branch. She married Jacob Benicewicz on Sept. 25, 2021. They reside in Martinsburg, W.V.

    Kaitlyn is a health information management coordinator for Privia Health. She married her high school sweetheart, Grant Clark, on June 19, 2021. They reside in Grottoes, Va.

    Kyle is a lead test engineer for Nuix, which produces investigative analytics and intelligence software for extracting knowledge from unstructured data. He resides in Telford.

    office administration - executive

    Frances is an administrative assistant in the Business Information Systems Department for Sinclair Community College. She resides in Waynesville, Ohio.

    aviation technology

    Brent is vice president of maintenance for Flightcraft, a division of Atlantic Aviation. Its core business is corporate jet maintenance in Portland, Ore., and Seattle. He resides in Castle Rock, Wash.

    technology management

    Joni retired from the City of Alexandria, Va. She was an occupational safety and health specialist, designing safety and health programs and training employees in the programs for the Department of Transportation and Environmental Services. The city's safety committee won the Best Safety Innovation Award in 2018 and 2019 from the Solid Waste Association of North America and department's safety programs were recognized as most improved by the American Public Works Association. She also received an associate degree in technology studies from Penn College in 1990 and a Master of Science in safety, security and emergency management from Eastern Kentucky University in 2010 and resides in Alexandria.

    Sabrina Toplovich '19 and Joshua Maring '19, both grads of engineering design technology and members of the Archery team, got married May 15, 2021.

    graphic communications management

    Brad is a senior sourcing category manager for marketing and print for The Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America. He manages the sourcing and procurement for marketing, advertising and print/mail functions for Guardian Life. In 2018, he received the CEO Award from Guardian for work on its corporate rebranding effort. In 2009, he received a master's in graphic communications management and technology from New York University. He has been married for 10 years and has three boys. They reside in Blairstown, N.J.

    Andrew started a new position in June 2021 as director of land development and engineering for Catalyst Commercial Development. He resides in Lancaster.

  • William Sheaffer, 1972

    electronics technology

    William retired after 32 years with Continental Automotive, where he developed embedded software for driver information systems, including semi-truck data loggers, bus controls and dashboard instrumentation software. "Courses at WACC in digital electronics, Boolean logic and FORTRAN programming motivated me to pursue a 42-year career in software engineering," he says. The first 10 years involved development of software tools for electronic circuit testing, followed by software development for phototypesetting machine text processing and control. He resides in McAlisterville.

    heavy construction equipment technology: operator emphasis

    Max has had an eventful two years: He married Caitlyn Chute in October 2019, moved to Chambersburg in spring 2020 and founded a residential remodeling business, Precision Enterprises LLC, in May 2020.
