Every morning, he is responsible for giving a safety lecture and certifying scaffold, ladders and eye wash stations. He received his second Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal, second Navy Sea Service Ribbon Bronze Star and the Outstanding Volunteer Service medal. In September 2023, he plans to reenlist for an additional four years. In March 2024 he will transfer to Marine Corps Base Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. He resides in Derby, Conn.
