She welcomed her first son, Daymian, in August 2022 - the same month she completed her bachelor's in nursing - her third degree from Penn College. (Her first was in heath arts: practical nursing in 2016.) She is enrolled in the college's Master of Science in Nursing. She resides in Dallas, Pa.

Thomas retired in 2022 as an area manager for Stellantis, after 34 years with the company (as Chrysler, Daimler Chrysler, FCA and Stellantis). He welcomed a new grandson in August 2022 and resides in Montgomery, Texas.
