He relocated to Doylestown in recent years to oversee the acquisition and integration of a new group of dealerships. He received Toyota's Field Product Quality Award and achieved the Toyota President's Award for three consecutive years. The award honors Toyota dealers that excel in all facets of their operations. He is a member of Penn College's Automotive Technology Honda PACT Advisory Committee and has hired and interned more than 25 students. He also helped to establish the Ciocca Dealerships Scholarship for Penn College automotive technology students. He is an advocate and co-op partner for the Upper Bucks County Technical School.
