In 2024-25, Pennsylvania College of Technology and the Penn College Foundation awarded scholarships to 738 students, totaling $1,984,507. Twenty-one new scholarships were established through Penn College and the foundation. Six are endowed funds.

  • Good Family Scholarship: Benefits new full-time students in engineering CAD technology or civil engineering technology.
  • Theodore E. Shelly Memorial Scholarship: Benefits students who are enrolled in architecture and are Pennsylvania residents.
  • William and Evelyn Stanley Endowed Scholarship: Benefits second-year, full-time radiography students who are recommended based on merit, passion and dedication to the radiography profession.
  • John and Bernadine Josephs Memorial Veterans Scholarship: Benefits veterans who have served at least three continuous years of active duty and are enrolled full time in the School of Engineering Technologies or the School Nursing & Health Sciences.
  • Prison-to-College Program Scholarship: Benefits participants in Penn College’s Lycoming County Prison-to-College program.
  • R-V Industries Annual Scholarship: Benefits sophomore students enrolled in welding technology or welding & fabrication engineering technology.
  • Vinnie Safner Memorial Scholarship: Benefits students with financial need in the aviation program who qualify and are prepared for their first practical exam.
  • Gary E. Brouse Memorial Scholarship: Benefits full-time students with financial need enrolled in any major.
  • Physical Therapist Assistant Scholarship: Benefits incoming first-year or transfer students enrolled full time in pre-physical therapist assistant or physical therapist assistant.
  • Crisp Service and Leadership Scholarship: Benefits veteran or military students enrolled full time in accounting & business administration or electronics & computer engineering technology.
  • Polymer Promise – 3D Agility Scholarship: Benefits new students enrolled in polymer engineering technology or polymer technology.
  • Coterra Energy Gap Scholarship: Benefits Pennsylvania students who have a demonstrated financial need, are from a rural area, or are active military or veterans.
  • Patrick D. Murphy Memorial Scholarship: Benefits sophomore students who are enrolled full time in graphic design or advertising art and demonstrate passion and dedication to the profession.
  • Curtiss-Wright Target Rock Scholarship: Benefits sophomore students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher who are enrolled full time in welding & fabrication engineering technology or manufacturing engineering technology. Primary preference to Curtiss-Wright Target Rock interns.
  • Richard Fetter Finance and Economics Scholarship (Endowed): Benefits full-time third-year students with financial need who are enrolled in business administration and graduated from Selinsgrove High School.
  • Betty A. "Betsy" and David G. Dodge Family Scholarship II: Benefits full-time students with financial need who have completed two or more semesters and are enrolled in the School of Engineering Technologies or School of Nursing & Health Sciences.
  • The Lasko Family Scholarship: Benefits full-time students with financial need who have participated with the approved partner organizations: The Parkesburg Point Youth Center or The Garage Community and Youth Center.
  • Nursing & Health Sciences Competition Scholarship: Benefits students who are enrolled in the School of Nursing & Health Sciences and were on a team that finished in the top three at the competition.
  • Dr. William J. and Laura Martin Global Experiences Endowed Scholarship: Benefits full-time students with financial need who are participating in a Penn College Global Experiences course.
  • E-Tech Industrial Corp. Scholarship: Benefits full-time students enrolled in automated manufacturing technology, machine tool technology, manufacturing engineering technology, engineering CAD technology or engineering design technology.
  • Francis & Elizabeth Keyte Bressler, R. Delos & Evelyn Frymire Stugard, and Paul & Elinor Spotts Vogel Culinary & Small Business Scholarship: Benefits students who have completed at least two semesters and are enrolled full time in baking & culinary or accounting & business administration.
