Diploma and Transcript Requests
Request a Transcript
If you attended Pennsylvania College of Technology, transcript requests are fulfilled by Parchment Credential Service who has been appointed as the designated agent for processing and sending all official transcripts. Printed transcripts with delivery by the US postal service are available for a fee of $6.00. Electronic delivery is available for a fee of $5.00.
Transcripts can be ordered online through the Student Information System (SIS) under the Academic Information heading or directly through Parchment Credential Service.
Did you graduate before 1982?
If you attended Williamsport Technical Institute or Williamsport Area Community College prior to 1982, complete the Transcript Request Form (PDF) and fax, mail, or deliver it to the Registrar’s Office.
Duplicate Diploma
If you are a Penn College, WACC or WTI graduate and need a duplicate diploma, complete the Reissue Diploma Request Form and mail or deliver it, along with your $15 check, to the Bursar's Office.
Duplicate diplomas are issued by the Registrar’s Office. Contact the Registrar’s Office with any additional questions.
Lifetime Email
Access your lifetime email anytime from anywhere.
If you graduated prior to 2010, contact the Alumni Relations Office to request your lifetime account. If you graduated during or after 2010, you can log-in.
Madigan Library Membership
You may become a member of the Madigan Library at no cost.
When you request your membership, be sure to select "I am Affiliated." Alumni may check out a limited number of materials from the large collection of books and media. Due to resource license and copyright restrictions, the Madigan Library limits the use of on-campus computers and access to online databases to Penn College students, faculty and staff.

Penn College Alumni Legacy Scholarship
Your children and grandchildren are eligible to receive this scholarship as long as they are enrolled full-time at Penn College, are eligible for financial aid, and meet certain GPA requirements.
Encourage your eligible family members to apply by completing the scholarship application each year.
