- The Alumni Achievement Award is presented to a graduate of the past 10 years in recognition of noteworthy career accomplishments that demonstrate the importance of a Penn College education.
- The Distinguished Alumni Award is presented to those who have made significant contributions in their chosen fields, demonstrated the importance of their education at Penn College or its predecessors, participated in leadership roles within the community, and demonstrated a commitment to their alma mater.
- The Alumni Humanitarian Award is bestowed upon graduates of Penn College who have provided distinguished community or volunteer service and presented themselves as dedicated and loyal alumni.
- The Alumni Mentorship Award is given in recognition of a business, alumnus or alumna who makes a significant or ongoing contribution to the education or development of Penn College students by providing mentoring opportunities through internships, co-op placements, hiring graduates and professional input.
- The Alumni Volunteer of the Year Award recognizes an alumnus or alumna who has generously volunteered time and talent at Penn College events and activities.
