    One of the most effective ways to recruit Penn College students is to take advantage of On-Campus Recruiting. Two of the best ways to connect is by hosting an Information Session and conducting On-Campus Interviews.

    Information Sessions

    Hosting an information session allows you to promote your company, meet prospective candidates, and educate students face-to-face. These sessions allow you to discuss your recruiting process, opportunities, and network with interested students.

    On-Campus Interviews

    Conduct interviews for full-time, part-time, seasonal positions, and internships. Schedule your on-campus interviews in one or more of the three interview rooms in the Career Services suite. At no cost to your company, interview rooms provide you with a private, professional space.

    Employer Lounge

    Between scheduled interviews, make use of our Employer Lounge to make a cup of coffee and catch up on work while you are out of the office.

    I will say that anyone who is coming to Penn College to interview students for full-time or internships needs to get a good night’s rest because you will have a full day of reviewing and discussing with excellent candidates.
