Two Pennsylvania College of Technology fall sports teams are seeking championships over the next few days. The women's soccer team, despite a 2-4-1 overall record, goes for the Eastern Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference championship at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Luzerne County Community College.

An 11-1 regular-season record in the Penn State University Athletic Conference earned the Pennsylvania College of Technology baseball team the top seed in this weekend's midseason-ending tournament.The Wildcats, 13-5 overall, will play at 4:30 p.m. Saturday against the winner of an earlier game between Penn State New Kensington and Penn State Fayette.

In their second year of competition, the Penn College Ultimate Frisbee team (The Disc Jocks) placed fourth out of 12 teams at the Fall Invitational Tournament held Saturday on the campus of Houghton College in Houghton, N.Y. The tournament was made up of teams from colleges in Pennsylvania and New York, including York College, Bloomsburg University and Eastern College.

The Pennsylvania College of Technology tennis team has a new coach this season and he's looking to build the program from the ground up. In fact, he's still looking for players."I'm trying to get the word out on campus that there is a tennis team and we need people," Davis Santucci said.
