Freshman Adam Smith (Duncannon) and sophomore Caleb Wise (Manheim) of the Pennsylvania College of Technology tennis team earned Penn State University Athletic Conference All-Conference honors Monday. The team is comprised of nine men and women student-athletes from around the conference and is voted on by each institution's coaches. This is the first all-conference honor for both Smith and Wise.
