Following up on a "Best Pizza" competition held in conjunction with Fall Fiesta, Penn College's community and commuter assistants – students who act as liaisons for their off-campus colleagues – presented a plaque and balloons Wednesday to the winner: Joe's Pizza, along nearby West Third Street.
