New and not-so-new Penn College students ushered in the 2016-17 academic year during Welcome Weekend, the traditional lead-in to the start of the semester.

Welcome to Penn College! In Fall 2016, Pennsylvania College of Technology will add to its business offerings a minor in financial counseling. Penn College's busy student Links, crucial liaisons in the orientation process, are wrapping up their traditional (and transitional) summer duties as another academic year draws ever closer. The students have completed a half-dozen two-day Connections sessions and, this week, are holding single-day programs for adult learners and transfer students.
