Two Penn College students are in the cast of "Legally Blonde: The Musical," running Thursday through Sunday at the Community Theatre League. Pennsylvania College of Technology’s Wildcat Athletics teams will compete as full members of NCAA Division III when students return this fall. The NCAA Division III Management Council notified Penn College on Thursday that it has successfully completed the provisional membership process.
