Ringling, a longtime forestry professor and his alumna spouse, plan to establish a scholarship at Pennsylvania College of Technology through a bequest. “We’re extremely grateful for Dennis and Patricia’s thoughtfulness in establishing this scholarship and including the college in their wills,” said Robb Dietrich, executive director of the Penn College Foundation.
