Breakfast service by students in the Breakfast and Brunch course starts Monday, Feb. 18, 7:15 to 8:15 a.m. in Le Jeune Chef Restaurant.The menu is available on the Le Jeune Chef Web site. Pennsylvania College of Technology students raised nearly $1,600 for Greater Lycoming Habitat for Humanity when they auctioned the chocolate buildings and other sweets they created for the School of Hospitality's annual Food Show, which was held Dec. 7.
