Pennsylvania College of Technology bestowed its Distinguished Alumni Award to Stephen E. Griegel during the Summer 2026 Commencement ceremony, held Aug. 8 at the Journey Bank Community Arts Center in Williamsport.

Penn College celebrated the accomplishments of its Summer 2026 graduates on Aug. 8 at the Journey Bank Community Arts Center.

More than 150 students have petitioned to graduate from Pennsylvania College of Technology following the Summer 2026 sessions. A commencement ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, at the Journey Bank Community Arts Center.

The recent efforts of two Pennsylvania College of Technology alumni and the generosity of their employer will impact the next generation of manufacturing and machining students. The duo of Clinton Bettner and Kyle Baker helped facilitate the donation of a die-sinking EDM machine from the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory to the college.
