The Pennsylvania College of Technology Board of Directors on Thursday granted “director emeritus” status to a member who retired in December and welcomed his successor to his first meeting. Robert A. Secor served on the board for nearly two decades – including a term as chairman in 2012-13 – before retiring last year.

Michael DiRaimo, who retired last year as Penn State’s vice president for government and community relations, has been named to the Pennsylvania College of Technology Board of Directors.
