Clifford P. Coppersmith, former dean of sciences, humanities and visual communications, has been named president of Chesapeake College in Wye Mills, Maryland. Coppersmith was a Penn College dean from 2008-15, and most recently was dean of City College at Montana State University Billings. News of his selection as president was published Tuesday in The Star Democrat and on Chesapeake's website.
