Greenhouse sale set: May 5-7

It’s that time of year again: Penn College’s Schneebeli Earth Science Center is rolling out the “greenhouse carpet,” inviting shoppers to its annual bedding plant sale.
The much-anticipated event begins Monday, May 5 and runs through Wednesday, May 7. Sale hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, with Wednesday’s hours 9 a.m. to noon.
Prices are $17 for hanging baskets; $7 for 8-inch pots; $5 for 6-inch pots; and $3 for 4-inch pots.
Supplies are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be no early sales or holds, and everything is “cash and carry.”
The ESC is at 302 Allenwood Camp Lane, Montgomery – just off Route 15 and about 10 miles south of the college’s main campus.
