If your "current balance due" is $0.00 or if the amount is followed by "CR," you will automatically be registered for classes.
If you have a balance due, the amount you owe is shown as "current balance due" on your bill along with payment options that are available to you (deferred payment plan and financial policies information). Any payments received in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts by the date shown on your bill are credited to your account on this bill.
Payment for Spring 2024 must be received no later than Monday, December 11, 2023. If you intend to mail your payment, send it early to ensure that it arrives in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts on or before December 11. Payment must be received (not just mailed or postmarked) by December 11. You may pay by credit card or electronic check online by logging in to the Student Portal. A $50 late fee will be charged to the student's account if the payment is received after the due date. Penn College does not accept post-dated checks. Please do not mail cash.
When your appropriate payment is received, you will be officially registered for classes.
