Since 1997, 14 Pennsylvania College of Technology archers have been named all-Americans 30 times. Of those 14, five have earned all-American status three or more times, and, this weekend at the United States Intercollegiate Archery Championships at Sparta, Ill., Wildcat Michelle Wright will seek to become the sixth.
Ten Pennsylvania College of Technology spring and winter athletes have earned Penn State University Athletic Conference All-Conference honors, it has been announced. Named All-Conference from the championship women's softball team were freshmen Lisa Miller (Cogan Station), Samantha Mills (Harrisburg) and Michelle McNett (Canton).

A team of Penn College staff and faculty defeated its student counterpart, 15-12, in a softball game on the college's Athletic Field Monday night. The students jumped to a quick 2-0 lead at the end of the first inning on a two-run homer by Aaron Moyer, according to a game summary from Lisa J. Worth, athletic assistant.

A season of firsts for the Pennsylvania College of Technology women's softball team came to an incredible finish Saturday. Despite the fact that 13 of his 17 players were freshmen, the most he's had on any of his six teams, coach Roger Harris thought his team was going to be good this season, but he had no idea how good.
After going 19-5 overall and 18-2 in Penn State University Athletic Conference games this spring, the Pennsylvania College of Technology women's softball team is set for playoff action at University Park. The second-seeded Wildcats, who captured the North Division title, open play in the double-elimination PSUAC Final Four at 11 a.m.

Congratulations to the staff/faculty intramural volleyball team, which won 3-1 in the best-of-five series against a team of students Wednesday night. The staff/faculty team won the first two games (26-24 and 25-23), then in what some thought might be the turning point of the night the student team won the third game in impressive fashion (25-8).
