Pennsylvania College of Technology men's volleyball coach Wes Strayer is fired up going into Saturday's Mid-Atlantic Club Volleyball Conference championships, and he wants his players that way, too.

After a successful fall campaign under first-year coach Chris Howard, the Pennsylvania College of Technology baseball team is set to resume its quest for a second straight conference championship.The Wildcats, who went 13-7 overall in the fall and 11-1 in Penn State University Athletic Conference games where they won the midseason tournament, are scheduled to open their spring season at 1 p.m.

After his team posted a winning record and reached the playoffs last season, Pennsylvania College of Technology women's softball coach Roger Harris looks for even more success this spring despite a freshman-loaded lineup.The Lady Wildcats are scheduled to open their season at 2 p.m.

The Penn College intramural basketball team fought and clawed back Tuesday night, but, in the end, Lycoming College's inside game proved to be the difference. Jordan McQuown and Anthony Flint led the Wildcats with 17 points each. The Wildcats got within six points with a minute left, but Lycoming made allof itsfoul shots and the final score was Lycoming, 65; Penn College, 54.
