Pennsylvania College of Technology has appointed Regis C. Kohler, of Montoursville, to lead the college’s radiography program. Kohler began his employment with the college as clinical coordinator of radiography in 1987. He then served as an associate professor in the program for 26 years, from 1990 until his appointment to director in 2016.
