Pennsylvania College of Technology held its Summer Commencement on Saturday at the Community Arts Center in downtown Williamsport. Michael R. The Lycoming Tioga Sullivan Emergency Medical Services Council recently presented its 2017 Kline A. DeWire Memorial Lifetime Achievement Award to Pennsylvania College of Technology’s director of paramedic technology programs.
