A married couple who are both alumni and employees of Pennsylvania College of Technology recently created a scholarship benefiting students from Clinton County. The Ron and Tina Miller Scholarship will benefit Clinton County residents who are enrolled full time in a bachelor-degree major at Penn College. The scholarship also focuses on financial need.
