Nearly 370 students have petitioned to graduate at the conclusion of the Fall 2011 semester at Pennsylvania College of Technology, which will hold a commencement ceremony on Saturday, Dec. 17. Two educators from a Rwandan preschool toured Penn College's Children's Learning Center on Monday and offered a public lecture in the Thompson Professional Development Center that evening. The lecture by Janet Brown, who helped establish the Cyakabiri School for Young Children in April, and Louisa Batamaliza, one of the facility's teachers, was hosted by the college's Early Educators Club.
