A scholarship to assist students in automotive and collision repair programs at Pennsylvania College of Technology has been established by William and Lorraine Manos. The scholarship was established through the Pennsylvania College of Technology Foundation, of which William Manos has been a longtime member. Manos has served on the Foundation Board since 1993 and was its chairman from 1997-2007.

Pennsylvania College of Technology’s Plastics Innovation & Resource Center offered three national seminars and hands-on workshops in June. A near-perfect day of weather greeted the 41 golfers in last week's School of Natural Resources Management Scholarship Golf Invitational. The fairways of White Deer Golf Course were an excellent venue for the July 11 scholarship fundraiser, at which 13 golfers displayed their Wildcat pride as Pennsylvania College of Technology employees.

One of the most prestigious and recognizable names in automobile history is lending its support to Pennsylvania College of Technology’s two-year automotive restoration technology major. The Rolls-Royce Foundation has agreed to provide one car at a time, as available, for Penn College students to restore in the School of Transportation Technology’s automotive restoration labs.

The School of Natural Resources Management will host its Annual Golf Invitational on July 11 at the White Deer Golf Course.  Proceeds from the event go toward funding the school’s endowed scholarship.  Cash prizes are awarded to the top teams and  everyone has an opportunity to win other great prizes!
