Breakfast and brunch, prepared by Pennsylvania College of Technology students, returns to the School of Hospitality's Le Jeune Chef Restaurant on Sundays and Mondays beginning Oct. 1. "Our Breakfast and Brunch class concentrates on one of our industry's favored styles of service: the brunch buffet," said Chef Judy P. Sisino, of Cogan Station, whose Wall Street Journal Student Achievement Award was announced last spring, was among those honored in a full-page advertisement in the publication Wednesday, Sept. 20. On Page R9 of that day's editions, Sisino was listed on a "Best in Class" honor roll congratulating all of the newspaper's 2006 award winners.
