Seven students on Penn College's Martial Arts Club team were promoted to the next belt level during Saturday's Martial Arts Seminar and Kyu Exam at the Field House. Playing at home on Saturday, Pennsylvania College of Technology men's and women's basketball teams closed out the fall semester portion of their seasons with losses.
