Michael J. Reed has been appointed assistant dean of sciences, humanities and visual communications: liberal arts and sciences at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Reed comes to Penn College from the Williamsport Area School District, where he most recently served as head principal at Williamsport Area High School.
Donald L. Belles Donald L. Belles, a former assistant professor of HVAC technology who also served as interim/temporary dean of construction and design technologies, died Tuesday at age 64. An obituary for Belles, who was employed at Penn College (and its predecessor, Williamsport Area Community College) from August 1984 to July 2001, has been posted to the Sanders Mortuary website.
