The remarks recognize the service of retiring Pennsylvania College of Technology President Davie Jane Gilmour. Keller surprised Gilmour with the printed remarks while on campus for a roundtable discussion and tour.

The college’s Board of Directors convened a special meeting to approve the action at a gala event honoring Gilmour’s 24-year presidency.
