Culinary arts technology grad and current business management student Melyce E. Kenyon, owner and operator of MK Bubble Drinks, visited with students in the Careers in Hospitality class, taught by Chef Mary G. Trometter, assistant professor of hospitality management/culinary arts.
Kenyon, of Granville Summit, spoke with the class about the mobile beverage business’s concept, challenges and growth.

The following week, the class made a visit to Kitchen Repose on West Fourth Street, a prepared food and home delivery service, where they met with owner/operator Carnie Datres, a registered dietitian nutritionist.
“Kitchen Repose has a unique business model showcasing healthy and nutritious foods that customers can pre-order and have delivered or pick up,” Trometter explained.
