A Student Activities program designed to erase stereotypes and embrace diversity – through the prism of stand-up – was held Friday in the Bush Campus Center. Comedians Negin Farsad and Dean Obeidallah (who, earlier in the day, screened their film, "
The Muslims Are Coming!" there) returned to Penn's Inn for an evening comedy performance and an enlightening question-and-answer session. Their appearance coincided with “
Muslim/American, American/Muslim,” an exhibit of black-and-white photography at The Gallery at Penn College through March 4.

Farsad's observational humor ...

... as Obeidallah dissects stereotypes with his comedic scalpel.

... which obviously enjoys the give-and-take.

The pair field questions from the audience ...

... is not lost on the campus audience.

... where they were greeted by a receptive and responsive crowd.

Attendees get the point ...
