Alumnus James Parker among competitors in 'Food Network Challenge'

A Penn College culinary arts alumnus is one of four competitors in "Fantasy Fruit Sculptures" the latest Food Network Challenge on the popular cable channel. James Parker, a 1991 graduate and founder of Veggy Art, turns fruits and vegetables into indescribably beautiful centerpieces. A description of thecompetition is on the network's Web site.
