The 1,000 seat Madigan Library opened in August 2006. The Library features media facilities, individual and group study areas, Bookmarks Cafe, The Gallery at Penn College, ESPORTS , an outdoor reading area, and archives. The Library is also home to College Relations, the Penn College Foundation, and the Center for Career Design, comprised of Alumni Relations, Career Services, and Corporate Relations.

The Library also features various computing resources, including:

  • 42 research computers in the reference area
  • 8 look-up stations
  • 100-seat open computer lab complex
  • (2) 30-seat instructional computer rooms
  • VR studio
  • Wildcat Wireless Zone (including outdoor reading area)
