In the Lobby Photogenic Drawings

Working together, a naturalist and a photographer developed this series that synthesizes art and science, and more specifically, blends nature and photography. Their image-making process is similar to that that used by English scientist William Henry Fox Talbot when he published the very first photographically illustrated book, The Pencil of Nature, in 1884.
