Join Our Team as a Resident Assistant (RA)!

Are you an enthusiastic, dependable, and compassionate individual who enjoys making a positive impact? Residence Life is seeking student leaders to serve as Resident Assistants (RAs) in our on-campus residence halls.

As an RA, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive community while serving as a role model for your peers. RAs build connections with residents, provide guidance, and foster personal growth through events and programs.

• Free housing, including amenities, in the residence halls.
• 14 board meals per week, $300 dining dollars, and 5 guest meals per semester.
• Waived Residence Life Activity Fee.
• $200 College Store credit ($100 per semester).

• Be enrolled full-time (12 credits) at Penn College and committed to serving for the entire academic year.
• Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 and have at least 24 credits earned toward graduation.
• Have a clear student conduct record with the College.
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate maturity, responsibility, and a willingness to participate in mandatory training programs.
• Be available to stay through finals for work assignments and potentially work during holiday periods when residential facilities remain open, such as Fall Break.
