New, first-year students are housed in Rose Street Commons (Dauphin Hall, Lancaster, York, Juniata, Delaware, and Clinton) and The Village to provide a strategic programming and support base as these students transition to successful college students.
Transfer and non-traditional students will be placed together in new student housing to ease their transition to college living.
Returning students reside in Campus View Apartments. Programming and activities are geared toward the unique needs of these students, and provide a medium to create lasting friendships.
All students who live in College housing are required to have ALL immunizations per the College's Immunization Requirements and submit documentation prior to moving into on-campus housing, unless the College has granted the student a waiver for medical or religious reasons. Students who fail to satisfy the College's Immunization Requirements will not be permitted to reside in on-campus housing and will not be eligible for a refund of housing costs.
