Against Alfred University on Tuesday, senior Kierstin Steer (South Williamsport) reached the 1,000-point mark to become the first Pennsylvania College of Technology women’s basketball player to reach the milestone in school history. Steer needed 12 points to accomplish the feat and ended the game with 13, scoring the historic bucket with just over three minutes left in the game.
