The Pennsylvania College of Technology Athletics Department has announced its 2022 Hall of Fame Class: Jordan A. (Courter) Rutledge, soccer; Alicia N. Ross, basketball; and Mark C. Shaffer, baseball. Following a national search, Scott E. Kennell is returning to Pennsylvania College of Technology as its director of athletics, it was announced Monday.
