Over the past week, Pennsylvania College of Technology basketball teams sported a combined 0-4 record, all in North Eastern Athletic Conference games. Men's Basketball On Wednesday at home in NEAC action against Penn State Abington, Penn College fell, 82-70. Marquis Delgado, of Mansfield, led Penn College with 21 points and Thomas Ross, of Williamsport, added 16.
