Penn College Army ROTC cadets earn commissions

Three Pennsylvania College of Technology Army ROTC cadets were commissioned as second lieutenants on May 11. Flanked by Lt. Gen. Walter E. Prior to receiving their baccalaureate degrees this weekend, three Army ROTC cadets at Pennsylvania College of Technology were commissioned as second lieutenants and assigned to their Army component and branch.
