Two Pennsylvania College of Technology students were recently awarded scholarships from industry partners. Andrew T. Kappelmeier, of Landenberg, and Bryce T. Crowley, of Smethport, both enrolled in the two-year heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology major, are among the 2015 recipients of the Clifford H. “Ted” Rees Jr. Scholarship.
