Jonathan D. Wescott has been appointed director of residence life and judicial affairs at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Wescott, who began his duties Aug. 5, comes to Penn College from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where he served as associate vice president for student affairs.

Pennsylvania College of Technology President Davie Jane Gilmour has established a building-to-endowed scholarship as part of the Penn College Scholarship Campaign and in honor of the college’s upcoming Centennial Celebration.
