Countdown to College Coach A college-prep expert, who helps parents navigate the maze of higher education, is writing about Penn College for a national audience. Patterson, welding majors at Penn College employed their skills to create "Student Bodies," abstract human forms that line the main campus mall. Pennsylvania College of Technology held three commencement ceremonies May 15-16 for more than 900 students who petitioned to graduate following the Spring 2015 semester.
