Each November brings another opportunity for Penn College students to "Give Thanks" – a peer-to-peer initiative to express gratitude for those who invest in their success – and 2021 is no exception. Allison A. Bressler Grove, director of student engagement at Pennsylvania College of Technology, was inducted this month into the YWCA Northcentral Pennsylvania’s Women of Excellence program. "I am honored to work and be a part of such a supportive community that includes so many role models before me," she said.

An 80-year-old Navy veteran, who withdrew from Pennsylvania College of Technology’s earliest incarnation just shy of graduation to ease his family's financial difficulties, fulfilled one of his few remaining life goals on Tuesday: returning to campus to visit his Williamsport Technical Institute alma mater. “They said it's all different, and it is,” David A. Clark said.

Apprentices throughout the nation can enhance their career potential by completing a new degree at Pennsylvania College of Technology that augments their technical expertise. To be offered in Fall 2022, the apprenticeship technology major at Penn College leads to an associate degree for those who have completed a registered apprenticeship program or are currently enrolled in one.

The 13th Foundation Dinner & Auction at Pennsylvania College of Technology generated commitments totaling $600,700 for student scholarships.

Student-athlete Dean R. Fulton, a business administration: marketing concentration major from Palmyra, is no stranger to hard work. In the classroom and on the cross-country course, he's committed to giving his all. "What I love about cross-country is I think it's really a mental game," he says in a Wildcat Spotlight video posted to the college's YouTube channel.

A long-standing partnership between Pennsylvania College of Technology and Axalta Coating Systems continues with another year of additional contributions. Axalta, a leading global supplier of liquid and powder coatings, commits an annual $7,500 donation of paint and related supplies over a five-year span in an agreement established in 2019.
