Pennsylvania College of Technology is connecting its real-world-ready students with eager prospective employers despite the COVID-19 pandemic. The observance of Constitution Week (Sept. 17-23), as well as Tuesday's National Voter Registration Day, offers the Penn College community a reminder of an informed citizenry's role in protecting and defending America's foundational framework.
